Freight Brokerage Sales Positions
We’re also building a strong freight brokerage sales team to connect shippers and carriers through smart, relationship-based selling.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and call potential shippers
Build and maintain customer relationships
Quote and negotiate rates
Coordinate with dispatch and operations to ensure great service
Help grow dedicated lanes and repeat business
What We Look For
Strong communication and people skills
Confidence on the phone and in email
Ability to negotiate and handle objections
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with systems/CRM
Experience in freight, trucking, or logistics is a plus—but not required for the right person
